- Proven cooking experience;
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures;
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks;
- Familiar with industry’s best practices;
- With pleasing personality;
- Able to accommodate large number of guests and functions;
- Experience in the same position is an advantage;
- Good communication skills in English both oral and written;
- Willing to work in shifting schedule;
- Preferably with training in Good Housekeeping;
- Hygiene oriented;
- Computer literate.
