Responsibilities
- Stove Cook: is a vital part of thr hot kitchen line.
- The Stove Cook works closely with the Associate Chef to ensure dishes are prepared on time and up to standard during each service.
- Grill Cook:to prepare broiled meats, chicken and seafood and to adhere to product sensitivities and plate presentations.
- Fry Cook: manages the fryer station and responsible for preparing all fried items to golden, crispy perfection.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in hot line cooking, especially in Japanese or ramen-style kitchen.
- Strong noodle and broth cooking knowledge preferred.
- Comfortable working with flames, hot surfaces and high-pressure service.
- Reliable, detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiency
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
