Overview
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Butcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products, including marination, according to quality standards and customer requirements. Applicants residing near Parañaque or those who are willing to stay in are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats such as beef, pork, and poultry.
- Portion and prepare cuts of meat based on customer specifications and internal recipes.
- Perform marination processes according to standardized recipes and instructions.
- Operate and maintain marination equipment such as marinators, mixers, and vacuum sealers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools.
