Responsibilities:
- Setting and stocking up food items and other necessary materials needed for Kitchen Operations.
- Preparing high quality food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and other things necessary.
- Cooking food items that are not limited to grilling, frying, sauteing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and quality standards.
- Maintains cleanliness, safety, and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Performs Kitchen admin works such as inventory checks, order preparation/management, dispatch, and completes food storage logs.
- Handle and dispatch orders for website and food courier partners (Grab, Foodpanda, Pick‑a‑Roo, etc.).
