The Royal Glenora Club is seeking a passionate, organized, and professional Line Cook to join our culinary team. As one of Edmonton's premier private athletic and social clubs, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a timely, consistent, and safe manner while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.
- Set up, stock, and maintain assigned stations before, during, and after service.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to Royal Glenora Club standards.
- Follow portion control guidelines and minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
