This position is responsible for preparing various food items starting from appetizers and main dishes, to snacks and desserts including cleaning and cutting ingredients. The Line Cook should also assist in setting up the kitchen and responsibly reports for duty while ensuring their personal appearance and uniform are in accordance with the supervisor’s instructions. They must be able to understand and follow through with the company’s recipes and regulations.
- Assists in the preparation of basic food items as instructed by their supervisor.
- Must possess culinary skills such as knife handling, cutting of ingredients, and plating.
