Lighting Estimator

Responsibilities

Prepare Cost Estimates, BOQ, Quotations and Product Comparison Sheets.

Review drawings, specifications & tender documents to understand project scope.

Coordinate with suppliers & manufacturers for pricing and product availability.

Support design team with lighting layouts & lux calculations where required.

Prepare technical submittals and follow up with consultants for approvals.

Maintain organized documentation and support project execution teams.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Lighting Engineering.

1 4 years experience in Lighting Estimation / Project Support.

Practical proficiency in: DIALux / Relux, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, MS Office.

Strong pricing analysis, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Excellent coordination, documentation & communication abilities.

Good system handling and database management skills.
