JOB DESCRIPTION: LEADERSHIP - Assist the HOD in leading the Lighting team, setting goals, resolving conflicts, and providing feedback. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION & RECOGNITION - Assist the HOD in evaluating performance, setting goals, and managing increments and promotions as per the annual plan.
