Light Vehicle Mechanic

Wilson Diesel Services is a family-owned mechanical business based in the Northern Territory, supporting mining, civil and corporate fleets across the Barkly.

Our Light Vehicle workshop continues to grow, and with consistent work coming in we are looking to appoint two experienced Light Vehicle Mechanics.

Key Responsibilities

·Utilise advanced scanning tools to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults in the following:

·Corporate fleets

·Mine-spec vehicles

·4x4s and general customer vehicles

·Perform comprehensive maintenance and service on passenger vehicles, SUVs, and light commercials (4x4).

·Execute repairs on braking systems, steering, suspension, and transmissions to manufacturer specifications.

·Conduct timing belt replacements, cylinder head repairs, and cooling system pressure tests.
