Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our site team for a major construction project in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on site in accordance with approved lifting plans and safety procedures.
- Ensure cranes, lifting equipment, and accessories are inspected, certified, and fit for use.
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, site engineers, and HSE personnel to execute safe lifting activities.
- Conduct pre-lift meetings and toolbox talks before critical lifting operations.
- Monitor lifting activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and HSE requirements.
- Review lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements prior to execution.
