Proven experience leading a development team or workstream.
Deep expertise in OSGi module development and Liferay Service Builder. Strong architecture skills: integration patterns, scalability, and security. Front‑end proficiency: JavaScript, FreeMarker, and a modern framework (React or Angular).
REST and Liferay Headless API design.
SQL and one of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Git, Gradle or Maven, and CI/CD pipeline experience.
