Lifeguard

Position Summary

The Life Guard is responsible for day to day operation of the sections he/she is assigned to within the Health Club Department.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver appropriate safety procedures in time of crises and emergency. Maintain concentrated observation from an elevated position or while patrolling the water’s edge. Intervene with one of the drowning preventive measures and identify emergencies quickly. Carry out rescues and initiate other emergency action as necessary. Give immediate first aid in the event of injury to a guest or other incident.
• Identify return guests and VIPs (local and foreign) and ensure that each guest contact session is a delightful experience and demonstrate an appreciation of cultural diversity.
