Guelph YMCA is looking for a National Lifeguard Instructor to lead high-quality courses. Candidates should have at least two years of lifeguarding experience and be certified as National Lifeguard Instructor and Examiner. You will plan lessons, manage course materials, and foster a safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct Lifesaving Society courses in line with standards
• Organize course materials and set up necessary equipment
• Attend staff meetings and ongoing training sessions
• Build strong relationships with course participants
• Coordinate a welcoming environment for all candidates
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in lifeguarding
• Certified National Lifeguard Instructor and Examiner
