**What you'll do**
- Partner with EHS team members and plant operations to develop and execute site-specific EHS implementation plans.
- Communicate EHS risks and improvement opportunities to plant and regional leadership.
- Maintain working knowledge of applicable international, federal, state, local, and corporate EHS requirements.
- Lead the implementation of plant EHS programs and processes.
- Promote strong EHS awareness and ownership through site-wide communication strategies.
