Ferrero International is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead in Chile, Región del Biobío. In this role, you will enhance plant performance through the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include leading cross-functional projects, supporting budget planning, and fostering collaboration across departments to achieve operational success. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering with solid experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing.
