Menasha Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and direct production activities with a focus on safety and quality to achieve daily output targets. You will build a team with a safety culture, report unsafe conditions, balance the line, and ensure that work orders are integrated into each cell.

You will monitor quality, ensure first-piece availability, and verify that all products meet established standards through daily audits and deviation reporting.
