Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end provider licensing, including application preparation, submission, and follow-up across multiple states
- Coordinate and track licensing timelines to avoid delays
- Assist with the development and maintenance of workflows and processes for licensing operations
- Support the execution and management of Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs) across applicable states
- Ensure compliance with state-specific CPA requirements, including supervision ratios and documentation
- Coordinate the preparation and completion of CPA agreements via DocuSign
- Maintain accurate CPA and licensing records within Verifiable and internal tracking systems
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support licensing and onboarding needs
