The Licensing Lawyer will ensure the Council's regulatory and licensing functions are delivered in accordance with legislation, policy, and best practice. The role involves managing a varied caseload, supporting Licensing Committees and Sub-Committees, representing the Council in legal proceedings, and contributing to the effective governance of licensing decisions.
