Licensing Associate

About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate, Licensing to join our Vehicle & Driver Compliance team. In this role, you will be the primary owner of registration transactions for assigned states, ensuring vehicle registrations are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining the legality of vehicle plates. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and government agencies to resolve registration-related issues and deliver an industry‑leading customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate registration transactions for processing, including buy lease backs, ownership transfers, and title corrections.
• Follow processing procedures appropriate for each transaction type.
• Maintain accurate records of electronic registrations and process daily Service Cloud cases to meet SLAs.
