• Direct nursing assistant shifts, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and facility guidelines.
• Review and revise department policies, job descriptions, and the Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
• Prepare and submit reports, accident/incident reports, daily census, and charge slips.
• Coordinate with resident services and government agencies for surveys and inspections.
• Assist with resident discharge planning and ensure compliance with written discharge plans.
