Our organization offers an exciting opportunity to train as a perioperative nurse. The Licensed Practical Nurse Operating Room Technician (LPN ORT) is responsible for providing patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with professional standards. In this role you will utilize critical thinking, problem solving, and decision‑making skills while teaching, counseling and advocating on behalf of patients and their families. Your work will support an integrated, holistic approach to patient care and health promotion, and will keep patients and families at the center of all that we do. You will work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team to provide peri‑operative care in both circulation and scrub roles across a range of specialties including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Plastics, Gynecology, ENT, and Sports Medicine.
