Position Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides comprehensive nursing care to patients, residents, and clients in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The LPN offers clinical direction to Health Care Aides, Unit Clerks, and other LPNs and Nurse II’s when assigned charge responsibilities. The role supports the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Interlake‑Eastern Regional Health Authority and adheres to provincial and federal legislation, professional ethics, and the scope of practice of the Licensed Practical Nurses Act and CLPNM.
