•                                               LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:       HEALTH DIRECTOR   CONTROLLING SUPERVISOR: CHAIR QUALIFICATIONS: Must hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with at least two years of clinical experience in an outpatient or similar healthcare setting.


• Demonstrate strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care procedures, and electronic medical record systems, along with excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
