Licensed Practical Nurse role provides outstanding care and support to residents, families, and volunteers within the established scope of practice and policies.

What You Will Do

• Resident-Centered Care: Promotes service excellence, responds to residents’ needs per care plans, conducts complete nursing assessments, prioritizes care, and collaborates with Registered Nurse and interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: Accurately records resident care assessments, interventions, outcomes, and timely reports of data collection, interpretation, planning, implementation, and evaluation per Bethany policies and regulatory requirements.
• Safety: Contributes to a safe environment, adheres to safety guidelines, identifies and mitigates unsafe conditions, and reports any unsafe conditions immediately.
