Location: Lady Minto Hospital, Salt Spring Island, BC V8K 1T1, Canada.

Job Type: Regular Part‑Time, 80% FTE. Shift: 0700–1900 and 1900–0700. Days Off: rotating. Start Date: Jan. 30, 2026.

Salary: $32.84 – $44.96 per hour.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Manager or designate and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, the Licensed Practical Nurse, Full Scope performs assessments, develops and implements plans of care, provides personal care, and performs nursing procedures. The role operates within the competency guidelines and full scope of practice as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives and follows agency operating policies, standards, and unit‑specific protocols. Continuous improvement of quality and safety is a core responsibility.

Qualifications

• Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.
