Diagnostic Imaging Team – You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of areas, including CT/Interventional Radiology/MRI/Nuclear Medicine/Ultrasound and Recovery room for both pediatric and adult patients. High complement of inpatient and emergency patients. Duties involve patient prep, conscious sedation, patient monitoring, post-op care, teaching, and discharge. Patient transfers and transports are required. As a member of the collaborative interdisciplinary team, the Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care and practices to full scope as defined by the CLHA. Must have the ability to maintain effective working relationships with the interdisciplinary team. Must have the ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with team members.
