Our Client is looking for a licensed and reliable Electrician to attend residential rental properties, complete electrical assessments, diagnose issues, perform approved repairs, respond to emergency calls when required, and identify any additional concerns that may need follow-up.
Our Client manages residential rental properties and supports property owners, tenants, and internal teams through leasing, maintenance coordination, inspections, property access, emergency response, and ongoing property management operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is licensed, experienced, hands‑on, professional, punctual, and able to work independently in the field. The right person should be comfortable using company systems, documenting work with photos and videos, communicating clearly, and completing electrical work safely within the proper licensed scope.
