ComPsych is seeking experienced behavioral health clinicians to join its Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Provider Network. As a provider, you will focus on short-term counseling to help clients manage personal and professional challenges. This position emphasizes in-person sessions within local communities to ensure accessible support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver ethical, client-centered counseling services as per EAP model
• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations with clients
• Provide short-term, solution-focused EAP counseling sessions
• Support clients with workplace stress, anxiety, and relationship issues
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation according to standards
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health field
