Position Overview
This 310T Licensed Mechanic/Technician (T4) performs major and technically difficult diagnostics, repairs, and overhauls or rebuilds in a timely manner; ensuring quality, time standards, customer expectations, cost guidelines, and reliability goals are met.
The role requires considerable judgment and mentors other Ryder technicians on a regular basis. It also plays a key part in the leadership, development, and training of other grade technicians. Specializations may include refrigeration, electronics, exhaust systems, and related areas.
Location & Compensation
Full‑time, permanent. Wage: $40 per hour plus $1.00 per hour afternoon shift premium.
Location: Kitchener, ON.
Shifts: 2‑week rotating; Dayshift Monday‑Friday 6:30am‑3:00pm; Afternoon shift Monday‑Friday 2:30pm‑11:00pm.
