Position: Library Assistant

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist library patrons in a friendly and professional manner
- Check in and out library materials, including books, DVDs, and other resources
- Shelve books and other materials in their proper locations
- Assist with maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the library
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patrons
- Help patrons locate materials and provide recommendations for books and other resources
- Process new library memberships and update existing membership records
