Levy Audit Executive

Contract: 1 year

Monthly Pay: up to $3,500

Location: Ang Mo Kio (WFH)

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am to 6pm

• Collaborate with relevant agencies on levy collection effort and exchange of data/information
• Investigate discrepancy in payment amount claimed by companies
• Face‑to‑face/virtual meetings with company representatives to clarify payroll records
• Conduct onsite audit on employers payroll records
• Draft and send e‑mail response to appeals
• Statistics reporting on number of appeals received and track outcome of appeals
• Handle and process refunds
