We are seeking a
Level 2 S&M Engineer
to support and maintain border management solutions deployed in airports and national infrastructure.
We are looking for you if you have the availability and performance of eGates, software applications, and integrated peripherals, while providing advanced technical support and collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
This role is 100% conducted in English.
Your responsabilities...
Provide technical level 2 support and incident management.
Collaboration and escalation of complex issues to Level 3 when necessary.
Knowledge management and training.
Monitoring and governance of Level 1-2 partner suppliers and escalating performance concerts to SDM....
