Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer - Onsite, Bilingual (Spanish)

Allied Worldwide is looking for a Level 2 Desktop Support professional in Madrid, Spain. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in desktop support and be proficient in troubleshooting Windows operating systems and mobile devices.

This part-time, in-person role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently while adhering to service delivery standards.

Fluency in Spanish is mandatory for this position.
