Role Overview

The Lending & Portfolio Services Specialist supports commercial and consumer lending operations by managing the end‑to‑end servicing lifecycle. This includes verifying EFTs, wires, and transfers; processing property taxes; and supporting funding and payment activities. The role ensures accurate record‑keeping by maintaining digital loan files, uploading documentation, and coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners such as CMHC, servicers, insurers, and brokers.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
