Lending Operations Compliance Lead

Responsibilities

Identify and rectify discrepancies in client data to ensure alignment and accuracy. Conduct all reconciliation activities in strict accordance with the approved process manual. Lead a high‑performing team to consistently meet compliance and performance targets. Maintain a client‑centric mindset and professional composure when communicating with stakeholders. Deliver accurately reconciled accounts, mitigating financial risk and strengthening client trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in lending operations, banking, finance, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with loan management systems is an advantage.
