•Provides a full range of legal advice and services. Responsibilities are within the Legal Function as a generalist or in a combination of different legal disciplines, such as, Corporate, environment, Compliance, Labor, Incident Management Team , regulatory, litigation in criminal and civil, etc.
•Responsibility in Compliance matters, working together with our corporate compliance function in Speaking Up complaints, Code of Conduct, Policies, FCPA certification and related issues. Lead the local Incident Management Team
•Establish a legal unit strategy, managing the legal team, resources, and budgets, to support the overall business initiatives and objectives.
