Responsibilities
- Drafting and/or reviewing all types of contracts with public and private entities (confidentiality agreements, service provision contracts, purchase and sale of machinery, general contracting conditions, among others).
- Preparing and revising legal documentation of different companies such as granting of powers and minutes of meetings.
- Resolving legal queries.
