LEGAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT HEAD

JOB SUMMARY

Leads the Legal Department, sets strategy, and ensures full compliance and governance. Oversees litigation, arbitration, permits, and dispute resolution; mitigates operational, regulatory, and contractual risks. Provides strategic counsel to management, represents the company in hearings and regulatory proceedings, coordinates with external counsel and government agencies, performs notarial duties if possible, and stays updated on the current mining legislation and industry legal developments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Juris Doctor (JD)/Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and member of the Philippine Bar in good standing
• Minimum of Five (5) years-experience as litigation lawyer, preferably, with supervisory experience in a Corporate environment
