Job responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memorandum on topics related to corporate law, intellectual property, labor and employment, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and corporate policies
• Support the legal counsel in managing day-to-day affairs and company-wide projects
• Assist in managing and organizing legal files, records, and databases
• Attend meetings, take notes, and summarize key points

Your profile

Candidates must be pursuing a degree in Legal Management, Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
