Role Overview

We are looking for a Legal / HR Associate with experience in the US Staffing or Recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing legal documentation, compliance processes, employee records, contract management, onboarding documentation, and HR operations related to US staffing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and maintain employment agreements, NDAs, offer letters, and other HR/legal documents.
  

• Manage client agreements, vendor contracts, MSAs, and SOWs.
