Our client is seeking a proactive Legal Executive to support legal, compliance, and corporate governance activities across the Asia region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and manage commercial contracts, legal documents and correspondence
- Support contract negotiations and commercial transactions
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on contractual and legal risks
- Conduct legal research and prepare practical legal recommendations
- Support dispute resolution and legal proceedings where required
- Assist with compliance, corporate governance and regulatory initiatives
- Support the implementation of data protection policies across regional entities
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders on legal matters
