Join our Legal Affairs team to support major infrastructure, energy, and environmental projects across Canada. Responsibilities
Provide legal support for the negotiation, drafting, and interpretation of complex contracts across ERI and E&E sectors. Deliver timely, practical legal advice to project teams throughout the full project lifecycle. Advise internal stakeholders on legal, commercial, and risk‑related matters. Draft and review legal documents, including contract templates and client agreements. Support bid processes by reviewing RFPs and contributing to service proposals. Assess project risks and present findings to internal risk committees for approval. Ensure compliance with corporate governance, policies, and applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with Claims & Litigation teams on disputes and contractual matters. Qualifications
