The Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support to operations in Mexico, acting as the primary local contact for legal and compliance matters. This role will ensure immediate, practical, and cost‑effective guidance on Mexican law while aligning with the company’s general legal standards.
Experiencia y requisitos Education : Law degree with a valid license to practice in Mexico. Technical Knowledge Strongunderstanding of the Mexican legal system. Proven ability to manage labor disputes and administrative proceedings. Familiarity with data protection, export control, and anti‑corruption compliance. Language : advanced English (oral and written). Key Responsibilities Contracts & Transactions Draft, review, and negotiate domestic and international commercial agreements.
