Legal Counsel – Technology, Data Privacy & Digital
Partnering with a leading multinational organisation seeking a commercially minded lawyer to support technology, digital and data-related initiatives across Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial and technology agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, cloud, outsourcing, procurement and services contracts.
- Advise on data privacy, cybersecurity, AI, technology risk and digital regulatory matters.
- Support digital transformation, technology implementation and strategic business initiatives.
- Partner closely with business, product, technology, procurement and compliance stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide practical, risk-based legal advice and manage external counsel where required.
