Overview
Salt is looking for a Legal Counsel for a 6-month contract role. This role will support a well-known Tech Client, primarily in ASEAN (including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines) and other regions in Asia as necessary, while partnering effectively with Deals Management, Sales and Global Legal Services teams.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate significant or complex cloud technology transactions
- Contract negotiation and drafting
- Provide advice on legal matters as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws from a recognized university, and previously called to the Singapore Bar
- Experience in data protection and privacy legislation
- At least 5 years post-qualification experience with a law firm and/or in-house position
- Experience negotiating significant or complex cloud technology transactions
- Excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills (...
