About the Role
Reporting to the Regional General Counsel, you'll provide practical employment law support to Legal and P&C teams globally, helping drive consistency, efficiency and scalability across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on employment law matters across multiple jurisdictionsConduct legal research and provide practical, commercially focused guidanceDraft and review employment contracts, policies and workplace documentationSupport investigations, disciplinary matters and employment-related disputesCoordinate with external counsel and support global employment law projectsAssist with restructures, organisational change and workforce initiativesBuild regional employment law expertise across India and APACSupport wider legal matters and strategic projects as opportunities ariseAbout You
