We're looking for a Legal Counsel to play a pivotal role in expanding our investment offering, taking the lead on legal due diligence for illiquid assets, and overseeing complex fund formation processes. This is a unique opportunity to broaden access to private markets, offering you the autonomy to shape and own a new legal framework from scratch.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing the structuring of complex investment vehicles (e.g., AIFs, ELTIFs, UCITS, SPVs, PCCs) to support new business initiatives
