We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our legal team, specializing in oil & gas and/or the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal Advisory & Strategy: Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance to project teams and business units regarding oil & gas, construction related projects, commercial contracts, and related legal matters.
- Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of various commercial contracts, including EPCC contracts, loan agreements, general contractor agreements, subcontracts, joint venture agreements, and supply of goods and services contracts.
- Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve disputes related to oil, gas and/or construction projects, including claims, delays, cost overruns, and other construction-related conflicts. Represent the company in arbitration, mediation, and litigation as required.
