About the Role
We’re hiring a Legal Counsel Operations to oversee and manage employment‑related legal matters within the Operations and People teams. This role serves as the primary legal partner for VA performance management, PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) enforcement, and coaching‑related disputes, ensuring all processes align with company policy, labor law, and ethical standards. The ideal candidate combines strong legal acumen with practical understanding of workforce operations and risk mitigation in a global remote setup.
Qualifications
- Licensed Philippine attorney in good standing (mandatory).
- Minimum 4–6 years of post‑bar experience in labor law, employment disputes, or corporate legal advisory.
- Proven background handling PIPs, disciplinary cases, or performance‑related legal documentation.
