Join our legal team as Legal Counseland become a pivotal part of our strategic growth initiative. In this role, you'll leverage our unique positioning to develop lasting business relationships and create value for both our clients and our institution.
Main Responsibilities
- Drafting, review and analysis of all types of contracts (loans, credit, syndicated facilities, guarantees, finance, …).
- Review of the company´s legal documentation (Articles of Association, powers of attorney, certificates, …), either for account opening or for signing of contracts. ...
